The Project

  • This tournament is packaged in the hope to raise funds through golf! Idea is to utilize funds to pair with the global programs of Rotary such as ‘Happy Schools’ & ‘WiNS’.

  • To encourage fellowship, to enjoy game of golf, to raise funds for a Rotary project of two Jaipur Rotary Clubs, SAFGR is proud to announce a Tournament for its members to remember!
  • The hosts Rotary Club Jaipur Mid-Town and Rotary Club Jaipur South are privileged to facilitate congregation of Rotarians of various Rotary Districts with those of 3054 at Rambagh Golf Club, Jaipur!

The RGC

  • This Club was set up by then Maharani of Jaipur legendry Gayatri Devi in 1945. Spread in about 85 acres it plays 18 holes with 6259 yards and par 70. Greens have Bermuda variety of ‘Tipdwarf’. Golfers from across the globe have experienced this well-kempt course with long drives and roughs as challenges.
  • Today RGC’s location is considered the lung of the pink city. It has hosted PGTI and other international tournaments including annual golf fixtures by Mercedes, Audi, Volvo and BMW besides several local Leagues matches.
  • Tall and thick trees and large water bodies are home to several bird varieties chirping till late in the morning! As a compulsion, golfing members will be delighted to experience the recreation of golf throughout their stay!!

06 October : Jaipur Arrival & Gala Dinner

  • Arrive Jaipur by different modes and reach your preferred stay locations - homes or hotels. In the evening of 6th Oct. all join for the Gala Dinner and Music. Timings will be notified in due course.

07 October : Jaipur Inauguration of Tournament

  • 6.30 am : Arrive at the golf course for rules briefing & official photographs
  • 7.20 am : Proceed to Tee off
  • 7.30 am : Shotgun Tee off
  • 12.0 pm onwards : Fellowship
  • 1.00 pm : Recognition & Prize Distribution.
  • 1.15 pm : Word from Chief Guest
  • 1.45 pm : Lunch
  • 2.45 pm : BREAK OFF
  • Spouses will be taken for sightseeing of historic landmarks of Jaipur by the Rotarian families .
